I’ve sold real estate in Southern Maine since 2005. I started the Hottest Towns report in 2017 because I was tired of guessing where the market was moving, and Mainebiz, the Bangor Daily News and WGME have covered it every year since.
I’m a broker, a landlord, a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert, and a Dale Carnegie trainer, which mostly means I’ve spent twenty years learning to listen before I talk. I live in Scarborough with my wife Nadra, a photographer and gallery owner, and our four kids.
